Precision Tile is a commercial tile and stone contractor based in San Francisco Bay Area, California. We provide tile and stone installation and fabrication services to General Contractors throughout Northern California. We serve some of the most reputable general contractors, construction managers and architects in the Bay Area.

As an environmentally responsible business, we use the latest technologies to produce and install the highest quality products with minimal foot print.

Precision Tile cares about our community and we are dedicated to supporting local charities and community involvement. Precision Tile, is a regular contributor to Rebuilding Together, a non-profit organization that services low-income homeowners to improve the health and safety of their homes.

Alice Jarvis

President

Alice Jarvis brings over 20 years of experience in construction and business leadership to Precision Tile. After starting her career managing restoration projects, she led analytics and optimization teams at major firms like IAC and CBS Interactive before returning to her roots in the trades. Since founding Precision Tile in 2018, Alice has built a company known for craftsmanship, reliability, and precision in every project.

Gabriel Rissato

Head of Preconstruction & Business Development

Gabriel Rissato started in the Tile and Stone industry back in 2012 at age 21 as a Tile Finisher to help pay for school tuition, and soon became passionate about work craftsmanship and what it takes to turn a simple tile project into art. Working alongside great mentors in the tile business and with much passion, Gabriel is now leading Precision Tile to the highest standards in the tile and stone industry.

Flavio Garcia

Project Manager

With over 25 years in the construction industry, Flavio brings trusted leadership and a collaborative approach to every project. He works closely with clients, general contractors, and project teams to ensure clear communication, accountability, and smooth execution from start to finish. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship, Flavio takes pride in delivering work that beats expectations and stands the test of time.

Mario Robles

Tile Field Supervisor 

Mario Robles brings over 12 years of experience in the tile industry and plays a key role in upholding fairness, integrity, and quality control across our operations. He ensures all work meets the highest professional standards, delivering reliable and consistent results. In addition, Mario provides technical support and timely solutions that help keep daily operations running smoothly. His strong work ethic and deep industry knowledge make him an essential part of our team.

Dannys Martinez

Stone Shop Manager

With 13 years of experience in countertops, he specializes in kitchens, showers, fireplaces, and more. He works with materials such as marble, granite, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, Dekton, and others. He takes great pride in attention to detail and craftsmanship. For the past five years, he has been working with Precision Tile.

Javier Enriquez

Project Manager

With over 12 years in the tile trade, he has spent a combined eight years with Precision Tile, growing from a helper and finisher to a tile setter, foreman, and now a project manager. He has always enjoyed the creativity, attention to detail, and satisfaction that come with seeing a project come to life. Working in the office has also given him a deeper appreciation for the planning and coordination behind every job. He is truly grateful to Precision Tile for the opportunities and support that have allowed him to continue learning and growing within a company he is proud to be part of.

Daniel Torres

Procurement & Inventory Manager

With 24 years of experience in the tile and stone industry, he has built a diverse background that includes installation, sales, inventory management, project management, assistant management, and purchasing. Having grown up in the industry, he has worked on many different sides of the business—from selling tile and stone to installing it and seeing the finished product come to life. He has enjoyed the wide range of experiences throughout his career, all of which have helped shape who he is today.

VP of Treat Acquisition

Churro is the heart of the Precision Tile office. As our official greeter and morale officer, he enthusiastically welcomes everyone—team members, clients, and delivery drivers alike. Between meetings, you’ll find him supervising lunch breaks, keeping spirits high, and ensuring no snack goes unshared. Calm, friendly, and impeccably groomed (no shedding here!), Churro brings warmth and levity to every workday—and reminds us all that joy and teamwork are just as important as precision.

Alejandro Davalos

Bid Coordinator

As an architect with a passion for design, planning, and bringing ideas to life, he holds master’s degrees in Landscape Architecture and Project Management. Throughout his time with Precision Tile, he has grown from Estimator to Project Manager and now serves as Bid Coordinator. He truly enjoys teamwork and believes that great projects are built on collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail.

Tania Olmos

Estimator

With a background in architecture and more than seven years of design and project management experience, Tania Olmos brings both technical expertise and creative insight to her role as Estimator at Precision Tile. She works closely with general contractors to understand project scope and specifications, develop accurate pricing, and source the best materials and finishes. Tania’s architectural training and attention to detail ensure each estimate supports both design intent and efficient execution in the field.

Lidia Najera

Estimator

Is a designer with over ten years of experience in landscape architecture and a strong eye for detail. With more than a year at Precision Tile, she has refined her skills as part of the estimating team, ensuring quality and aesthetic harmony in every project. Her approach blends creativity, structure, and an appreciation for natural forms.

Margarita Rodriguez

Estimator

Brings over 12 years of experience in architectural design for large-scale hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects to her role as Estimator at Precision Tile. Combining technical expertise with a strong creative vision, she collaborates closely with general contractors to interpret project scopes, develop precise cost estimates, and identify the most suitable and memorable materials and finishes. Her architectural background and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every estimate aligns seamlessly with both the design intent and efficient project execution in the field.

Josh Przybus

Project Manager

Josh brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in both contracting and retail. As the founder of a successful remodeling business, he developed deep expertise in project execution, client relationships, and craftsmanship. He also spent years on the retail side of tile and stone, giving him a well-rounded understanding of materials and design. Today, Josh manages tile and stone installation projects at our company, where he combines his technical knowledge and leadership skills to deliver high-quality results from start to finish.

Arturo Saavedra

Arturo Saavedra is a human resources leader and SHRM-Certified Professional with expertise in employee relations, recruitment, workplace culture, and compliance. Drawing on 15 years of leadership experience within the hospitality management industry, Arturo brings a people-first approach and a practical, operational perspective to organizational growth. He is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams and creating positive workplace experiences that support both long-term employee success and business objectives.

Carolina Lopez

Estimator

Carolina Lopez is an architect with extensive experience managing urban, architectural, and interior design projects from concept through construction. She has led multidisciplinary teams across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, bringing strong expertise in project coordination, design development, and construction documentation. With international academic and professional experience, Carolina combines a collaborative mindset with a keen interest in technology to deliver thoughtful, well-executed design solutions.

Theresa Benting

Estimator

Holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and has over five years of construction industry experience, including one year as a Site Engineer in the Philippines and four years as a remote Tile Estimator for commercial projects in California. Experienced in bid reviews, quantity takeoffs, and preparing accurate commercial estimates using Measure Square, while collaborating closely with General Contractors, suppliers, and project teams throughout the estimating process.

Sedny Reyes

Project Coordinator

With over 7 years of professional experience across multiple industries, Sedny has developed a strong background in client service, communication, organization and administrative support. Her career includes working in the legal department of a real estate company and in the hotel operations building a professional, detail-oriented approach and the ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Tiziana Elneser

Office Administrator

Tiziana is a seasoned professional with approximately 20 years of experience in public-facing roles within diplomatic and consular environments, including the consulates of Colombia, Chile, and Venezuela. She excels in direct public service, managing complex documentation, and guiding users through official procedures during high-demand periods.

For the past 3 years, Tiziana has been a key part of the Precision Tile team, where she has really enjoyed expanding her skillset and learning more about HR functions. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she thrives in multicultural settings, possesses strong organizational skills, and is highly adaptable. She is a dedicated, responsible professional who excels at delivering efficient, solution-oriented service while maintaining strict confidentiality.
